Tim Waterfield has been an Outer Banks Builder since 1983. Born and raised on Hatteras Island, Tim is dedicated to the area, its residents, and its visitors. Tim has been an active and respected member of the Outer Banks Home Builders Association for the past 15 years.
Specializing in Hatteras Island and OBX construction, Tim has over 30 years of experience building new custom homes from top to bottom and repairing everything from siding, roofing, windows, doors, decks, and interior fixtures. Concerned with the preservation of the Outer Banks’ natural beauty, as well as, the beauty and integrity of its structures, Tim uses only the finest quality products for all of his projects. We are insured.
Tim now lives in Buxton with his wife Susan and three children. A family man and hardworking professional, Tim Waterfield provides trustworthy and reliable services for all home maintenance repairs. Striving for customer satisfaction, Tim and his crew will work closely with homeowners to achieve a polished, durable finished product!
